Q: Why can't I speak to you on the phone?A: We are an online company and our customer service operates an email / chat policy. Emails enable us to serve our customers much more effecitvely, and to serve more people more efficiently. A phone call lasts on average around 20 mins, and after a phone call we usually send an email to a customer with links and information on products etc. Our goal at boxz is to have a personal touch and direct line of communication, whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and at a high quality. Email / chat enables us to achieve this goal.

Q: How do I place an order?How to order with boxz If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on the “Person Icon” at the top right hand side You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions: Click on the product that you are interested in. 1. Choose any options if applicable (for examples sizes) 2. If the product is age restricted 18+ you must verify that you are over 18 by clicking the button. Alternatively, when you are viewing a product you can click “Buy Now”- This will take you directly to the cart You can also add the product you are interested in to the "Wish list" and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list). To view the wish list, log in entering your username and password, then click on "Your Account" button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select "WISH LIST" and then "Saved" from the tabs of the left. Click “add to cart” button. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper bar on the right-hand side. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to enter the cart - click on the View Cart button. In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated. If you have a promo code, click on the “PROMO CODE” button on the left and a box will pop up. Enter your promo code in the box and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart. You can also add a note to the order by clicking on the “ADD NOTE”button which is located on the left under the promo code button If you are in Scotland you will need to select the area you are in, either Mainland or Highlands and Islands. By placing an order you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Return Policy and of course confirming that you are over 18 years of age to purchase any age restricted items. To continue, click “CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL”. IMPORTANT NOTE We use paypal to handle our payments for us, so we never see your card details and these are not stored on our system. Please note that you do not need to have a paypal account to order. This is just our payment provider and you may enter your credit or debit card details here also. When you select payment, you will be redirected to the online payment service’s website “Paypal”in order to pay for your order. Lastly, check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this, please check your spam and add us to you address list. As soon as your boxz is dispatched you will receive an second email with the tracking details.

Q: Can I place an order without an email address?A: Orders need to be placed through the online ordering system, and you will need to have an email address to enable you to do this. This is used to communicate with you regarding the order, for example dispatched notifications, payment receipt etc. If you do not have an email address, it is easy to set one up a free one with the likes or GMail, Yahoo or Bing. (There are other email providers also).

Q: How long will delivery take?A: Deliveries are pretty quick and typically takes between 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). For Highland and Island deliveries, please alow an additional 2-3 working days. Holidays and bank holidays are not working days.

Q: Can I change my order?A: Many orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours during the business week, so its sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. If you find that you do need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@boxz.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. We'll stop it if possible or start the returns process.

Q: Which couriers do you use?A: The couriers used will depend on the purchased item. In most instances we use UPS and small orders via Royal Mail, however we may also use other couriers on occasions

Q: How do i track my order?A: When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with any relevant tracking numbers, please note that some orders will be shipped in more than one consignment, please check all tracking numbers contained in the email.

Q: Tracking info says delivered, by my order isn't here?"A: We're sorry to hear that! If delivered by Royal Mail, we recommend that you call your local post office and see what they can tell you, they will often have more information, like this has been left with a neigbour or a secure location. If delivered by Courier, they will have taken a picture of the delivery location or handover of item (as signatures are not being taken due to Covid) and tracking the item may show you the location. If you are unable to locate it please use the contact form or email us at hi@boxz.co.uk and we will look into this for you. If you have received part of an order, please check your tracking details to see if the order has been split over different consignments.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?A: All orders are supplied by us in the United Kingdom. Some larger items "gun cabinets" may be shipped directly form our suppliers

Q: I purchased an item some/all of my order is temporarily out of stock from us and or the manufacturer. When will I get it?A: Your order (s) will be shipped and any out of stock items will be put on back order and sent out separately with no additional cost to you, unless you tell us otherwise we will send the item (s) out once we or the manufacturer has it back in stock. We will always keep you updated on the progress on a out of stock item (s) and will refund you at any time at your request.

Q: Do you ship overseas?A: Yes we ship worldwide. However; airguns, dangerous weapons and some brands can only be shipped to addressses within the United Kingdom. If there is a problem with shipping of a product to any destination we will notify you on receipt of your order

Q: Worldwide deliveries how long will it take?A: Deliveries typically take 5-15 working days

Q: I have purchased a Christmas gift will I get it in time?A: Deliveries around Christmas time is always a busy time for us, so we ask all our customers to place orders early and leave plenty of time just incase your gift is delayed in transit, we will always do our best to contact our couriers to get updates in this scenario. Q: Age restricted items?A: Some of the items we sell are age restricted, and therefore ID may be required. We will automatically check to see you if are over 18, if we are unable to verify this you will need to prove you are over 18 years of age. You will need to be over 18 years of age to puchase a knife, crossbow, airgun, airsoft gun or weapon from our warehouse and or website - Some other items you may not know include C02 capsuals, ammunition including pellets, crossbow bolts etc, even mainspring for airguns and aerosol spray cans need ID. Q: I want to purchase an archery bow do I need to show ID?A: No we do not need to see your ID

Q: To purchase a Knife or crossbow do I need to show ID?A: We will try to verify you but if we are unable to do this then yes we need to see your ID and we are only intereted in your name, address and date of birth to confirm you are over 18 years of age. Please note that any knive ordered will need to be collected from us and an appointment will be made for you to do this.

Q: To purchase an air gun or air pistol do I need to show ID and how do I order?A: Yes we need 2 forms of ID and these can only be collected from our store or delivered to the person that has purchased the gun (s) - two forms of ID will be required in-store and at point of delivery by our driver. Please check delivery postcodes to see if we deliver air guns to your door click here. If we don't currently deliver to your area collection from our warehouse is the only option at this moment

Q: How do I send you my ID to prove I am over 18?A: You can place your order online, before your order is processed we will automatically verify you age, if we are unable to do this we will request the required information via email or you can email it to id@boxz.co.uk - Once you have responded with the relevent information we need, this will be verified and then your order will be processed.

Q: I need to send an airgun back to you for a service / repair can it be sent directly to you (boxz) and then can you send it back to me via courier?A: Yes you can send it back to us via a courier becouse we are a registered firearms dealer. When it comes to us (Boxz) sending it back to you; we can send the airgun back to you directly as you are the owner of the gun - once you are the owner of the gun we no longer need to meet face to face. All subject to courier fees and any change of the Law

Q: Covid-19We’re open for business and fully operational. We are following all government guidelines to protect our teams and the wider community. We’ve put in place strict measures to protect and safeguard our colleagues, and we are pulling out all the stops to ensure orders placed via boxz.co.uk are despatched on time. Due to these new safety measures, parcels may take a little longer than usual at the moment to reach you. Our carrier partners, which includes UPS, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD are doing all they can to navigate the challenge to deliver on time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can appreciate these measures are in place to ensure the safety of our teams. There has been increased traffic to our website during this time and ordering and maintaining stock levels for ourselves and our suppliers is challenging, however we strive to keep the website upto date and will always inform you of any item that will be delayed or is out of stock, so you can make the choice to cancel or wait til it comes in.
