This target from EK Archery is designed to to stop low to medium powered recurve and compound crossbows and comes complete with wooden legs that allow the target to be used free standing. unique design makes it very hard wearing for years to come. 
 
We recommend for high powered compound and crossbows buying two or even three 60cm foam target without the wood stand and putting them back to back and joining them with tape to make one thick boss to stop arrows or the bolts going straight through the target.
